Families want to know how the day went. Educators want to spend it with the children. Good communication tools respect both: quick for staff to use, clear for families to read, and private by default.
The day, as it happens
Staff log the moments that matter (meals, naps, bathroom breaks, learning moments, notes and incidents) in a few taps. Families see them in their child’s daily updates instead of waiting for a note at pickup.
Photos that stay with the family
Photos are added to a student’s gallery and shown to that student’s family and the staff who work with them. There is no public album to manage and no group chat to moderate.
Messages and announcements
- Direct messages between families and staff, kept with the rest of the record.
- Announcements to a whole organization, one location or one class.
- Priority levels for important notices, and a way for families to acknowledge them.
Paperwork without the paper
Enrollment contracts, immunization records and consent forms (field trips, photo release, medication) live on the student record. Families can review and sign what is waiting for them, and tuition invoices can be paid online from the same account.
